Diving Swallow is a tattoo studio of female and gender queer artists in downtown Oakland, California. A unique space in the East Bay, we have evolved into a diverse studio of artists who can create the custom ink that you are dreaming of. We make art on the skin and other surfaces in a wide range of styles and subject matters. Color, black and gray, dotwork, botanical, realist, fine line, decorative, ornamental, painterly and neo-traditional–we do it all with a strong and sensitive hand! We don’t have a studio phone, but each artist has contact info on their page.
