Founded in 2004, Diving Swallow is a premier custom tattoo studio in Oakland, California, co-owned by veteran tattoo artists Cedre Csillagi and Wolf Arteaga. It is also the tattoo home of resident artists Enda Taylor, Jazz Ho, Elle Webb, Mynt Ortega, Wes Haack, and Gaby.
